Clementoni has signed a deal with National Geographic to produce a series of licensed National Geographic adult jigsaw puzzles with the first launch available February.
Clementoni will have access to millions of images from the national Geographic catalogue, ranging in subject from nature and wildlife, people and places, science, world culture and exploration.
The jigsaw puzzle collection features images of cultures, nature and adventures from countries including Norway, India, Senegal and the Bahamas. The photography is encapsulated in six 1,000-piece original jigsaw puzzles.
Michele Marziliano, UK Country Manager, Clementoni, said: “We are thrilled to have signed this deal with National Geographic and are proud to be transforming their stunning photography into jigsaw puzzles.”
“We’re excited to collaborate with Clementoni on this new puzzle collection,” added Krista Newberry, National Geographic’s senior vice president, licensing for North America. “Together, we’ll work together to find images that appeal to a wide range of enthusiasts and feature the stunning composition and unique subject matter that make National Geographic’s images so iconic.”
