{"id":17018,"date":"2019-05-23T18:41:23","date_gmt":"2019-05-23T16:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.licensingitalia.it\/?p=17018"},"modified":"2019-05-23T18:41:23","modified_gmt":"2019-05-23T16:41:23","slug":"brand-licensing-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.licensingitalia.it\/en\/brand-licensing-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"Brand Licensing Europe announces animation spotlight and invites industry to contribute and collaborate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Brand Licensing Europe will shine a light on the creative powerhouse that is the British and European animation industry.<\/h3>\n<p>A special pavilion and unmissable keynote and will focus on the sector at this year\u2019s event and the BLE team is inviting studios to come forward and take part.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe animation industry in Britain and Europe is so exciting right now \u2013 a real cluster of creativity and vibrancy with studios of all sizes producing inspired, innovative &#8211; and also commercially viable &#8211; content. Just look at Animaccord and Masha and the Bear, Magic Light Pictures and The Gruffalo, Acamar and Bing, Moomin with the new Moominvalley and, of course, the granddaddy of them all, Aardman with Shaun the Sheep and Wallace and Gromit among many others,\u201d<\/em> commented <strong>BLE event director Anna Knight.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe want to celebrate these studios, their stories and successes at BLE and give them a platform from which to shout and do business and we really hope they will jump on the bandwagon and take advantage of all of the opportunities open to them to show retailers and licensees exactly what they have to offer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The BLE Animation Pavilion will provide really affordable exhibiting options for smaller studios and start-ups, providing a level playing field for everyone and the chance to be part of BLE and break into the industry.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are also close to confirming a really special animation-focused keynote presentation, which we are hoping to announce shortly after Licensing Expo, so watch this space, you will not want to miss it,\u201d<\/em> added <strong>Anna Knight.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brand Licensing Europe will shine a light on the creative powerhouse that is the British and European animation industry.
