The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company today announced it has renewed its long-standing licensing representation for its non-tire products with IMG, a global leader in sports, events, media and fashion.<\/p>\n
The multi-year deal will allow IMG to continue to represent the brand on an exclusive worldwide basis, extending a relationship that began between the two organisations in 2009.<\/p>\n
The Goodyear licensing programme is wide-ranging across categories, such as accessories and hardware, including power tools, safety footwear and car accessories, along with urban lifestyle apparel, and casual, sport and outdoor footwear.<\/p>\n
The brand\u2019s recent activity includes vintage luggage items, which were introduced across Europe, and the launching of the programme in several South American markets. In the U.S., an exclusive collaboration with Lucky Brand for a vintage-inspired co-branded collection was launched earlier this year in more than 170 Lucky Brand stores nationwide, and a new range of waterproof jackets is slated to debut at Macy\u2019s in Spring 2017.<\/p>\n
