IMG Licensing<\/strong> has renewed its global representation agreement with Ubisoft<\/strong>, extending its role as the company\u2019s exclusive licensing agency in a multiyear deal.<\/div>\n

Since 2019, IMG Licensing has been instrumental in expanding the licensing footprint of Ubisoft\u2019s most successful franchises, driving strategic partnerships and brand collaborations across multiple product categories and markets. Under the new agreement, the agency will continue to build on this success, with a special focus on leading titles such as Assassin\u2019s Creed, and Rainbow Six Siege while incorporating new franchises, including Far Cry, The Division, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and Brawlhalla.<\/div>\n

The renewal follows the record-breaking launch of Assassin\u2019s Creed Shadows last month. The game reached over 3 million players within its first week, achieving the second-best day-one revenue in franchise history, trailing only Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla, and setting new benchmarks as Ubisoft\u2019s best-ever launch on PlayStation\u2019s digital store. It has also become the most in-demand Ubisoft title of all time, ranking #1 on Twitch on March 18, generating over 11 million hours of watch time.<\/div>\n

IMG Licensing has helped expand <\/i>Assassin\u2019s Creed Shadows’ global reach and resonance through major brand collaborations, including Venum, Anti-Social Social Club, Hasbro, Magic: The Gathering, Asmodee and Sprayground.<\/div>\n
On the heels of the renewal, IMG Licensing has facilitated a deal between Ubisoft and ecommerce company, Snow Commerce, to operate Ubisoft\u2019s official online store. The partnership will create a one-stop destination for fans to explore and purchase the gaming giant\u2019s diverse range of products from around the world.<\/div>\n
