Productions and RTBF, the public broadcaster serving Belgium\u2019s French-speaking community.\u00a0\u00a0The majority of the production will take place at Dandelooo\u2019s in-house animation studio <strong>Ooolala<\/strong> in la Cartoucherie, Valence (France), with delivery slated for Autumn 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Season 1 and the TV specials have resonated with young audiences around the globe and continues to grow in popularity, with a number of broadcasters across Europe on board.\u00a0\u00a0Sales to date include<strong> RAI<\/strong> (Italy),<strong> Super RTL<\/strong> (Germany), <strong>TV5 Monde<\/strong> (France), <strong>SVT<\/strong> (Sweden), <strong>Pop UK<\/strong> (UK), <strong>NRK<\/strong> (Norway),<strong> YLE<\/strong> (Finland), <strong>RTS<\/strong> (Switzerland), <strong>Arte Editions<\/strong>, (France), <strong>Bentky<\/strong> (USA), <strong>VME<\/strong> (USA), <strong>BeIN<\/strong> (MENA), <strong>Ceska TV<\/strong> (Czech Republic), <strong>ERR<\/strong> (Estonia), <strong>LRT<\/strong> (Lithuania), <strong>HRT<\/strong> (Croatia), <strong>LTV<\/strong> (Latvia) <strong>MTVA<\/strong> (Hungary), <strong>STVR<\/strong> (Slovakia), <strong>TVP-ABC<\/strong> (Poland), <strong>DR<\/strong> (Denmark), <strong>RTVS<\/strong> (Slovenia),<strong> STOD 2<\/strong> (Iceland), among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With <strong>Cedric Guarneri<\/strong> on board as director for Season 2,<em>\u00a0Billy the Cowboy Hamster<\/em>\u00a0continues to delight its core audience of 4- to 7-year-olds.\u00a0\u00a0This 2D animation series is\u00a0based\u00a0on the eponym series of eight books by Dutch author and illustrator <strong>Catharina Valckx<\/strong>,\u00a0published by\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9cole des loisirs.\u00a0\u00a0With over one million books sold in France and\u00a0internationally, including Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, China and Japan, the stories follow Billy and his best friends, Jean-Claude the worm and Suzie the ferret as they embark on thrill-seeking adventures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Billy the cutest hamster in the West wants to become a cowboy, but he is only a little boy, well a little hamster really!\u00a0\u00a0Growing up in the Wild West and raised on the exciting stories told by his father, Billy with his cowboy outfit has a burning desire to hit the trail!\u00a0\u00a0And since every new day presents him with an opportunity to go on an adventure worthy of the greatest cowboys, he is determined not to miss out&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Season 2, Billy along with his trusty companions Jean-Claude and Suzie, are back and more adventurous than ever.
