The licensing program will extend across a broad range of categories, including apparel, accessories, electronics, cosmetics and personal care, stationery and publishing, gifts, games, and home products.<\/p>\n<p>Chupa Chups\u00ae is owned by Perfetti van Melle Group, the third largest confectionery group in the world. Created in 1958 and unique in the world of brand design, the original brand graphic representations were created by renowned artist Salvador Dali.
