INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The newsletter of Licensing Italia s.r.l. (hereinafter the “Company”) is published on the Company’s website and distributed via e-mail, automatically and free of charge, to those who request to receive it by filling in the appropriate form.

The data provided shall be used with IT and electronic communication tools for the sole purpose of providing the service requested and, for this reason, shall be retained exclusively for the period in which such service will be active.

The controller is Licensing Italia s.r.l., based in Milan, Via Santa Croce n. 4, 20122 Milan; e-mail info@licensingitalia.it.

Data shall be processed exclusively by the Company staff and collaborators or by the enterprises explicitly appointed as responsible for the processing (i.e. for technological maintenance needs of the website).

In the cases provided for by the law, the interested parties shall have right to obtain from the company access to the personal data and the rectification or the deletion of such data or the limitation of their processing, or to oppose the processing itself (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The appropriate petition shall be presented to the Company by contacting the Company’s pro tempore legal representative at the following e-mail address: info@licensingitalia.it.

The parties interested who believe the processing of their personal data carried out through this service occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the Guarantor, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to start appropriate legal proceedings (Article 79 of the Regulation).
