The international conference ADE Apulia Digital Experience 2023 is set to unfold from November 10th to 12th in Bari. The event, led by Artistic Director Roberto Genovesi, is organized by Apulia Film Commission and Rai Com, financed by Regione Puglia, and promoted by Rai.

The first edition of the international conference promises an exceptional platform for fostering innovation, exchange, and creativity. Apulia Film Commission and Rai Com have meticulously curated an event that gathers companies and professionals from across the creative industries, to outline the connection with technology and enhance innovation. This event encapsulates the essence of digital artistry, gaming, and technology. From gaming, cinema and audiovisual, art and branding to the frontiers of digital innovation, web3, metaverse and Artificial Intelligence, ADE is set to be the heartbeat of the creative world for these three days.

Three immersive days of panels, keynotes, and presentations. Exclusive, intimate encounters with leading figures from the different digital and creative sectors. An unmatched networking opportunity for companies, professionals, and creatives to foster collaboration and envision the future.

In a special segment, ADE 2023 turns its focus towards Israel, Guest Country of this first edition. The first day of the event will dive deep into the fascinating world of video games in collaboration with VGHC Video Games and High Culture, an integral component of ADE 2023. This program is designed to initiate conversations about the intersection of video games and high culture. Exploration into the history and evolution of video game art, enriched by insights from industry professionals, educators, and researchers. This year, a special spotlight on the storytelling of History within video games, emphasizes how this medium educates, informs, and spreads awareness about our shared past.

As the event progresses, ADE 2023 will delve into the intricate bond between technological advancements and the creative industries. A rich itinerary of panels, keynotes, and interviews, enhanced by interactive Q&A sessions with insights from renowned figures in animation, VFX, gaming, metaverse, art, licensing, cinema & audiovisual, and AI. The program will feature two distinct contests. “A storytelling of Puglia through the AI” contest, addressed to Italian authors and creatives, aims to spotlight, enhance, and share the rich artistic, cultural, and touristic treasures of the Puglia Region. It encourages the development of digital initiatives grounded in Artificial Intelligence. On the other hand, the Digital Licensing Excellence Awards, in partnership with Licensing Italia and Licensing International, honor enterprises, brands, influencers, and innovative content creators who have pioneered and transformed the licensing landscape through digital exploration.
