Leading names discuss future licensing growth strategies for first time at BLE

Bruno Schwobthaler, Senior Licensing Executive and author of Licensing for Growth, will lead a panel of experts to address winning licensing strategies, and examine where future growth will come from, on Wednesday 14thOctober at 11.30am in the Brands & Lifestyle Theatre.

Schwobthaler will chair the panel consisting of Hilary Plummer, Licensing Director for LEGO; Fredda Hurwitz, Global Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Sport & Entertainment; Malcolm Pinkerton, Director, Research, Planet Retail; and Ilaria Rossi, Senior Licensing Manager at Adidas.

The panel will explain and discuss trends and future strategies, looking at where growth could come from. It will offer the point of view of the consumer, IP owner, manufacturer and retailer.

The session not only marks the first time growth potential has been examined on the BLE educational programme, but also marks the first appearance of a speaker from a major mainstream creative agency with Havas Sport & Entertainment on the roster.

The session is one of nine free sessions running in the Brands & Lifestyle Theatre, part of the wider educational programme which also takes place in the Licensing Academy.
