RHS endorses The Original Muck Boot Company’s Outscape range

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced its endorsement of a new range of footwear from maker of premium boots – and long-standing RHS partner – The Original Muck Boot Company

The new RHS-endorsed range, called Outscape, is a new concept in footwear that offers the modern look, comfort and performance of a trainer but with the waterproof and durable protection that is the hallmark of all Muck ranges.

Available in two different heights (ankle boots and low shoes) for all genders, Outscape shoes (in six colourways) and short boots (in four colourways) are ideal for active outdoor work and exploration. The range offers easy on/off and features a Dual Density footbed for all-day comfort with antimicrobial protection. A shovel-ready nylon shank provides added underfoot stability when using garden tools, and a durable rubber outsole features self-cleaning, multi-surface traction suitable for most occasions.

The target market for the range is 18-35-year-old aspirational, motivated men and women who love animals, travel and the land, but the appeal of the shoes and boots is expected to extend to anyone who appreciates durable, comfortable outdoor footwear – especially at a time when travel restrictions have made gardening and walking more popular than ever.

The Outscape shoes and boots are designed using two brand-new material inventions: Muckskin, an innovative neoprene upper, and Guarden, an advanced toe and heel outsole protection, both of which provide exceptional durability with self-cleaning outsole lugs for optimal traction.
