Based on the successful books published in France by Auzou written by Bénédicte Rivière and illustrated by Dan Taylor and distributed in over 15 countries worldwide, the preschool TV series is produced by Movimenti Production, Mobo, Zodiak Kids & Family France and Topo Gigio Srl with the participation of Rai Kids and is available with 52 episodes on Rai Yoyo and RaiPlay.
Miniheroes of the Forest follows the afternoon adventures of four forest cubs – Gaston the bear, Juliette the owl, Jade the fox and Gabin the rabbit – who, after school, put on their Miniheroes costumes, ready to discover the incredible adventures that nature has in store for them. Because being a Miniheroe is, first and foremost, a special game, made up of imagination and the value of collaboration.
The series, which successfully premiered at the 54th Giffoni Film Festival, has already won over young audiences thanks to its original content and appealing design, receiving considerable acclaim.
The licensing strategy developed by Starbright Licensing has led to an important agreement with MATERIA ENTERTAINMENT, the Licensing & Events division of Materia Srl. Thanks to this partnership, experiential events, promotional activities and licensing projects are on the way, designed to enhance the imagery of Miniheroes of the Forest, with the involvement of the official mascots that will be presented to the public during MLD 2025.
On the music front, Universal Music Italia, together with Movimenti Production, has released the first three original songs and the official theme song on the main streaming platforms – Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music and YouTube. The project includes the release of 13 original songs inspired by the narrative universe of the series.
On the publishing side, Fabbri Editori, part of the Mondadori Group, will be the Italian partner of Miniheroes of the Forest, with new publishing initiatives dedicated to this IP coming as early as next fall.
Starbright Licensing will soon announce new licensing agreements, confirming the strong potential and growth of Minieroi della foresta in the Italian and international markets.
