Today, Mattel unveiled the first nine Hot Wheels® products from its newly announced partnership with Ferrari, the legendary luxury sports car manufacturer. For the first time in over a decade, Hot Wheels and Ferrari fans will have the opportunity to bring home a small piece of automotive history.
The initial launch features a mix of iconic Ferrari models that celebrate the brand’s legacy, from legendary road cars like the Ferrari F50 to modern race cars like the Ferrari 499P Modificata.
The launch starts with a limited-edition: Hot Wheels Collector die-cast two-pack, available for pre-order today on Mattel Creations. The set includes a Ferrari 312 P—paying tribute to the very first Ferrari model released by Hot Wheels in 1970—and a Ferrari 499P Modificata, the modern race car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The product line also includes several premium vehicles featuring authentic details and high-quality materials, along with a selection of single Hot Wheels cars, the world’s #1 selling toy.
Hot Wheels has also reimagined one of Ferrari’s most recent vehicles, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, as a 1:64 scale RC version compatible with Hot Wheels track sets. With full driving controls (forward, reverse, left, and right steering), the SF90 Stradale Assetto Fiorano RC gives Ferrari fans the chance to drive one of the brand’s most exclusive road cars.
