Talking Tom is taking over: new tv deal, new master toy in Europe and new app!
There’s no limit for Talking Tom and Friends in their quest to take over the world. After racking up 3.6 billion app downloads, reaching out to 250 million active monthly users hailing from more than 230 different countries and territories, we are proud to announce that Talking Tom and Friends are now ready to take over TV.
Talking Tom and Friends is set to bring their animated world of adventure to a whole new audience of kids and their families when it launches on Turner’s popular channel, Boomerang in the UK in late 2016 and Asia Pacific.
It is a new milestone for a brand that has already become a YouTube sensation with over 514 million views of animated series and it just won’t stop here.
In Italy ETS Licensing, the agency for the Italian territory, has recently closed the Master Toy license with Grandi Giochi. The deal covers EMEA & Gulf countries for the production and distribution of plush, features plush, plastic toys and sets.
Grandi Giochi considers Talking Tom and Friends a great opportunity both for Italian territory and in the other markets where they are present. Their choice is based also on the value of the characters, that are well-known, very playful and appealing for kids and teens.
On the other hand, ETS is proud of starting to collaborate with Grand Giochi, one of the fastest growing company in Italy.
In addition to Grandi Giochi agreement, Talking Tom and Friends is expanding rapidly with an array of new licensing deals. All the new companies ensure a steady stream of new Talking Tom and Friends products on markets all around the world: from sportswear, T-shirts, pajamas, bathrobes, caps, sun protectors, pillow cases, windows curtains, to plastic and battery operated toys, notebooks, pencil cases, table top games, ice cream, pates, birdhouse printed PVC and jumping balls with characters, golf accessories and many many more.
New deals are accompanied with agreements for live events and merchandize in shopping malls and other locations with performances of Talking Tom and Friends costume characters.
Look out for McDonald’s Happy Meals, where you can find your favourite Tom-cat from July 27th in Latin America and August 30th in North America. Talking Tom will shine in twelve different colors, striking six poses – from Cool Tom to Superstar Tom – speaking English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
Don’t miss the new app coming out this July. Kids and adults will surely welcome Talking Tom Gold Run. It is a new universe of adventure with your favorite characters.
